The Physics laboratory of the
Vidyalaya is well equipped with
all required apparatus for
conducting pacticals as per the
syllabus prescribed by NCERT.
Moreover almost all apparatuses
are available for smooth conduct
of the practicals mentioned in the
curriculum of the KVS. In the lab.
about 20 students can work together..
In addition there is a separate
faculty room wherein practical
records and investigatory projects
of the students are kept for their
correction. |

Our School has two computer lab with 50 computers and
broadband connection of 1
MBPS. One lab is sanctioned
and it will be completed in
due course of time. The
student-computer ratio is
44. Computer Science and
Informatics Practices subjects
are offered at +2 level. Our
school has collaborated with
Oracle in its prestigious
project Thinkquest for school
children. All the students of
classes VI-X are registered in
this portal and make their
educational WebPages |

Chemistry Laboratory
The Chemistry Lab is built in a spacious room
which can accommodate 40 students at a time.
The lab ahs all the chemicals and apparatus
needed for the experiments prescribed by the
CBSE for all the levels. Chemicals are
purchased regularly |

Geography Laboratory
For the students of Humanities, we have a
Geography Laboratory equipped with all the
necessary equipments needed for the practicals
in Geography. Various maps and models of
landforms are also available. |

We have a junior science lab for middle section for
classes VI to X and class III to V can also visit the lab
if their teacher accompanies them. In the junior science
lab for classes IX and X, we have CBSE practical
curriculum which is to be performed in the running section
and is evaluated from time to time.
The class VI to VIII students are also taken to the lab
from time to time so that they can get information
regarding what they are leaning in the classroom. Some
activity as well as practical related their curriculum are
also performed by the teacher and demonstrated to them. |

In our Vidyalaya we provide biology practical facility in
biology laboratory for class XI and XII (Biology Students). At a
time 25 students may work in the laboratory. Different
physiological equipments and specimens of animals and plants are
available in the lab. Specially specimens of human development
at different stages of age. Besides these we have 13 compound
microscopes and 8 dissecting microscopes.
At present in the month of December 2005 we have purchased
latest sp-19, sp-09, sp07 (Brand) microscopes for latest
biological techniques. |
